火力發(fā)電

火力發(fā)電（thermal power，thermoelectricity power generation），利用可燃物在燃燒時(shí)產(chǎn)生的熱能，通過(guò)發(fā)電動(dòng)力裝置轉(zhuǎn)換成電能的一種發(fā)電方式。中國(guó)的煤炭資源豐富，1990年產(chǎn)煤10.9億噸，其中發(fā)電用煤僅占12%。火力發(fā)電仍有巨大潛力。
